PUNE: The Hinjewadi police rescued 13 women after busting an online sex racket on Friday and arrested a suspect running the racket with his two aides.
“We laid a trap with a help of a decoy customer and arrested the suspect (36) from Vimannagar,” an officer said. The police rescued 13 women from hotels and guest houses at Baner and Hinjewadi. “The suspects would send photographs of women to customers. They would charge customers between Rs8,000 and Rs20,000,” the officer said.
